Once recipients have decided on when and where they want to visit, all they need to do is use the voucher to book their break on the website, and start looking forward to a great escape. If they decide to upgrade or stay longer, they will be prompted to pay for any balance due. Any unused credit will remain on their voucher for future use.

- Further payment may be required for additional tickets and services bought as part of your short break or for breaks taken place during peak times
- Confirmation of purchase of gift voucher will include a link to download your voucher to hand over to recipient
- Recipient will use the unique voucher number when booking the short break of their choice
